You may have seen this guy in the album movie for ‘Some People Don’t Feel The Same’, the Homunculus. Originally I sculpted him from plasticine, so he would survive a baptising. From this Harrison (my brother) and I created a plaster of Paris mould. Then proceeding to clone him using clay that we hand dug out from under our house the other year; firing to 900 degrees. His sarcophagus is milled from 2 wooden parts, which we hand picked for their grain beauty, cut on Harrison’s CNC machine. And finally hand oiled finished. Due to the natural processes and materials used no two will be alike.
