The story of this work-

I was going to go to sleep when 2 small dog-like creatures started attacking my arms, in what I first thought was a playful manner. They latched themselves onto my forearms. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't bleeding. I noticed one of the creatures had started dripping blood from its mouth. Its face and skull were intact with its body shrunken, squeezed. I start to remove it from my arm and blood starts to fill the room. I go to the bathroom, I’m concerned about it flooding through the ceiling. The blood was solid slightly milky.
