The story of this work-
I approached a big old house. Lots of shoes lined the porch but it feels very empty. I’m climbing lots of narrow stairs. In the attic, I’m playing hide and seek with the house’s family and others from elsewhere, like me. The mother of the house is the one seeking in this pillow fort maze. One elsewhere woman had brought her child and the seeking mother is pinning it to the floor. I’m going back down the stairs talking to the house’s father, I said ‘there’s a lot of rooms’, he responded ‘Yes, but there’s someone in every one’.
Signed on the back.
