On our morning walk we came across a severely dehydrated frog. I could feel his ribs moving beneath the tissue I was carrying him in. We took him to a pond we’ve visited since we were kids and hoped there was water there, all the surrounding ones have since dried up. There was. He was one relieved frog. That night the whole congregation turned up, laying fat and content filling the tulip flower heads in our garden.
